Malmo can be specified with confidence for kitchens, bathrooms, offices, restaurants, hotels, retail outlets and a wide variety of other commercial and domestic applications due in part to its R10 slip resistance rating. This 2.5mm option features a 0.55mm wear layer, resulting in a heavy commercial classification of 33. Malmo is hard-wearing and durable with the embossed surface offering the realistic look of wood. It is resistant to indentations, will not chip or crack and is easy to install. Malmo comes with a warranty of up to 25 years for residential applications and ten years for commercial applications.
